This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect from you when you complete various forms this website. What personal data do we collect?

When you request information about any of our rooms to hire, activities we run or office space, we ask you for your name, email address, telephone number, address and postcode.

Why do we collect this information?

We will use your information for contacting us to acknowledge your request and to service your request to pass your details onto the chosen department.

If/when you have opted in to receive our newsletter, we store your email address on the secure MailChimp server. There will be an unsubscribe button on every newsletter sent out.

What do we do with your information?

Your information is stored on the secure systems if you have opted in to receive our newsletter, we store your email address on the secure server.

If you have requested information about our rooms to hire, our activities or office space, your details are shared with the selected departments.

How long do we keep your information for?

We will keep your information for a maximum of one year. Your personal information will then be deleted.

Your email will be retained on the MailChimp server until you request to unsubscribe. There is an unsubscribe button on every newsletter sent out.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
